USES:

 

This machine is suitable for waste spinning felt production line, waste spinning needled cotton production line and hard cotton production line.

 

The machine is suitable for the mixing of opening cotton, cotton type chemical fiber and regenerated cotton fiber, synthetic fiber, uniform airflow into different specifications of the fabric, fibre fell from the sawtooth, scripture's cotton pipeline by uniform airflow conveying pipe type, negative pressure suction fibre cohesion within cage on the cage, form a fiber network for the next working procedure for reinforcement.

 

Technical features:

 

1. Two pairs of positive draft rollers, variable frequency speed regulation. Anti-rolling of metal.

 

2. The suction fan adopts frequency conversion to adjust speed separately.

 

3. Xilin (selected by the customer) :

 

A: aluminum alloy comb needle board, mixed cloth needle.

 

B: self-locking needle cloth.

 

4. The dust cage and the output curtain are adjusted by frequency conversion.
