USES:
This machine is an advanced cotton feeding mechanism in China, which is placed behind the loosing machine. With the function of the cotton fan, the fully loosened fiber is evenly filled into the cotton filling box of the machine. The pressure sensor controls the cotton position of the cotton filling box.
After the action of a pair of rollers and beater, as well as the action of circulating blower, the next cotton box produces a uniform screening cotton, which is output by a pair of pressing rollers and a flat curtain for the use of the carding machine
Technical features:
1. The machine is automatically controlled by SCC control technology.
2. Continuous feeding of cotton with CV < 4% combined with the frequency converter can achieve the effect of continuous and uniform feeding of cotton, and the lateral uniformity can be adjusted by adjusting the air door of the suction outlet of the lower cotton box
