USES:

 

This machine is a cotton mixing mechanism in the previous process. The fully loosened mixed fiber is sent to the dust cage on the cotton box by the fan of the front passage opener, and then to the big cotton bin through the dust cage. It is fully mixed by the conveyer curtain, slanting curtain (nailing curtain) and the roller beater under the action of the roller beater. The cotton box produces uniform yarn, which is transported by the fan for the next process

 

Technical features:

 

1. The machine adopts two groups of photoelectric control technology to automatically adjust and achieve continuous cotton feeding.

 

2. Leveling roller; Three rows of serrated beater (laser cutting) are installed on the roller.

 

Advantage: not easy lingering.

 

3. Leveling roller; The distance between the cotton roller and the inclined curtain (nail curtain) can be adjusted.

 

4. The frame is made of steel plate and fixed with bolts.

 

5. Input curtain: neoprene curtain with matting structure.

 

6. Slanting curtain (nail curtain) is made by professional manufacturers, and the nail curtain is covered with canvas to prevent falling cotton.

 

7. Wall panel inner wall working face, coated with antistatic paint. To eliminate static hanging cotton.

 

8. The dust cage is made of double-layer 100 mesh stainless steel net.
