The loosing machine will initially loosen all kinds of baling fiber of different specifications and deliver them to the feeding cotton curtain of the machine in front according to the set proportion.

The net laying machine folds the fiber net out of the carding machine evenly, lays it to the required width and thickness, and transports it to the next working procedure. The main body of the frame is composed of 8mm thick steel folding plate structure and profile bracket. All the conveying curtains are made of PVC anti-static leather curtain and the output curtain is made of wood curtain rod.

 

The needling machine is a special equipment used for mechanical reinforcement of nonwovens. The needling method produces nonwovens with good permeability and excellent mechanical properties. It is widely used in the production of geotextile, carpet, papermaking blanket, shoe leather base cloth, clothing accessories and other products.
